Recently, Dr Jasmin Hyatt worked alongside the veterinary team at Sydney Zoo to perform a comprehensive Breeding Soundness Examination on Intan, a small-clawed otter. The assessment included a detailed evaluation of the reproductive tract, reproductive hormone testing and semen analysis to help assess reproductive health and breeding potential.

Collaborating with zoological institutions is an important part of advancing animal reproduction, supporting conservation programs and helping protect valuable genetics for future generations.
